Q) Is this program just as effective for firming, tightening and ’shrinking’ a fat butt as it is with developing a rounder muscular butt?
A) The program is designed to add muscle to your butt which is great for all the women who have a flat butt and want to give it more shape. The program certainly can be tweaked as I do with my clients to add some muscle which actually shrinks the butt in size and appearance and creates a tighter sexier looking butt.
Trust me… it works for both and it works incredibly well!
Q) Many of the women are following the Fit Chic 10 minute express workouts and they are doing a split routine where Monday is Chest & Tri’s, Tues is Legs, Thurs is Back & Bi’s, and Fri is Shoulders & Abs. What’s the best way to integrate Gluteus To The Maximus into an existing program.
A) The great news is that Gluteus To The Maximus comes with a variety of levels. There is the level which include three 10 minute training sessions per week. Another includes three 20 minute sessions, and another one includes daily quick routines.
I think that one of the best methods would be to drop the leg training day from The Fit Chic program and perform a 3 day split like this…
Monday - 10 Minute Gluteus To The Maximus Workout plus the 10 minute Fit Chic Chest and Triceps Workout.
Wednesday - 10 minute Gluteus To The Maximus Workout plus the 10 minute Fit Chic Back and Biceps Workout.
Friday - 10 minute Gluteus To The Maximus Workout plus the 10 minute Fit Chic Shoulders and Abs Workout.
Q) How long should someone follow this program for to gain maximum benefits from it?
A) The should follow the program for a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks. The great thing is that after the first 4 to 6 weeks you can experiment with one of the other variations of the Gluteus To The Maximus Program.

How do I participate in this challenge? I bought Guteus to the Maximus about 2 months ago nd I no longert have the receipt, but I want to participte.
