Hello to all of you!! It’s a very snowy, blustery day here in Belle River, Ontario, Canada! We love the fresh, fallen snow! Instead of being miserable about shoveling the driveway Scott and I looked forward to it as our ‘workout’ of the day. Boy, was it ever!

We actually went for a walk into town and were both awestruck at the beauty that surrounded us. It’s a winter wonderland here. Absolutely gorgeous.
Well anyway, about fitness…I am sooo back on track and it feels amazing! I felt so good after shoveling the driveway. Now I am planning my meals for the week so that I don’t fall into that trap of now knowing what to eat and then grabbing a ‘convenient’ food that is usually loaded with junk. The Every Other Day Diet – Lifestyle Plan makes my life so much easier because I know what foods to buy and the meals are so varied and simple to make.
I’m happy to have the focus that the book has given me, especially now that the holidays are here. I know the temptation to overeat is there and that is what is so great about this plan…I can choose my cheat meals and enjoy the foods that I want to. I do not feel denied and in any way!
After I send this post I am just finishing up my ‘green tea’ and will get moving on completing my workout from The Fit Chic Year of Workouts program. I waste no time and get such an intense workout in 20 minutes or less! I love it. I can do this in the comfort of my own home and just focus on myself and my ‘pumped’ muscles.
This is what it’s all about, right? Remember your own goals and keep that vision of your body in clear focus when you are working out your muscles. It really has an impact. Both on the effectiveness of your workout, and to reinforce your vision.
Have a fantastic day J
Cheers to health,
Angie
