Hello all…today is my cheat day!! I am still experiencing fat-loss AND able to have my two ‘cheat meals’ per week! If this doesn’t motivate me to stay on track, I don’t know what will!

I am following Jon Benson’s book, The Every Other Day Diet-Lifestyle Plan. I have two days per week that I increase my calories and am able to choose whatever I want for a cheat meal. It really gets me through the week when I know that I will be ‘rewarded’ for my healthy eating for the rest of the entire week. So to get to the good part, we are ordering in our favourite pizza…mmm…and I may even have some ice-cream! This will be it for the junk food until Monday.

Do you schedule in your cheat meals too? If you do, do you find that it is helping you to keep your cravings at bay and stick with a healthy eating lifestyle?

By the way, we did get our snowfall today and yes, I was out with the kids making snowmen and forts. It was a riot!
