To kick off the Firm Butt Challenge I interviewed Nick Nilsson the creator of the Gluteus To The Maximus program. I grilled Nick for 80 minutes forcing him to share the top exercises to develop a firm butt and tight thighs, as well as which workouts would produce maximum results. Let me tell you, Nick held absolutely nothing back in this interview. I took detailed notes and learned way more than I ever could have imagined. If you want to build a firm butt, this is a must listen to audio.
Nick also discussed…

And much, much more!!!
This is an information packed audio. I was only going to share it with the people who participated in The Firm Butt Challenge, but this information is just too good to hold back from you.
Listen for yourself and please leave a comment below on any insights that you gained from the interview.

Scott, That was an awesome interview! wish I could have been on to say hello. Thanks for your shout out. I can really feel the positive pressure now! Now to step up and deliver! I actually had not set myself on which one of the many programs within GTM(Gluteus to the Maximus) to do. I have basically just been jumping around. I really wanted to do the controlled overtraining but just didn’t feel I could do it with the limited equipment I have at home (right now), which is just 20# dumbells. I didn’t feel this was enough weight to do the program properly, as I think I can go heavier.
One other thing, I heard on here that you are now doing a 12-week contest. Was this announced anywhere else(blog or emails)? I must have missed it. either way, that will be cool. So that would put that ending around August 25th?
sorry for this being so long.
