Things are rolling along with the updated version of The Fit Chic Year Of Workouts. The Fit Chic Fat Loss Express Workouts are nearly complete, then it’s time to move onto The Fit Chic Advanced Body Sculpting Workouts. The Fit Chic community is also building up and I will be opening the doors to a select few people to test things out before it officially opens up to all Fit Chic Members.

Today Angie and I recorded another quick and intense workout session from The Fit Chic Fat Loss Express Workouts. We really blasted her legs in just 10 minutes. Seriously, she’s been complaining all day about how tough it was and how effective it felt. You’ve got to try this…
Time is no excuse. Trust me! When you have quick intense workouts the results will come rapidly. This sure beats walking like a zombie on the treadmill for 60 minutes and barely breaking a sweat.
You will notice that our kids are running around while Angie was working out. We like to keep things real. After all, if you are a busy mom, this is pretty much what your workout is going to look like anyway, so why try to sugar coat it and make it look like everything will be perfect.
