Hi everyone…well it’s set in stone, Scott and I are getting our photos professionally done on April 2! We are so pumped to get absolutely ripped! Wow, what an incentive…Do you need some extra motivation to get in shape? Do you want to stay more focused on your program? Do you want a goal that will stick? Then make a photo appointment!

We have about 8 weeks to buckle down and get in the best shape of our lives! Talk about motivation! I am starting my detox program tomorrow because I was not able to finish the last time. I was sick and I didn’t totally complete the program. It is a ‘gentle’ cleanse that is recommended from Jon Benson’s book The Every Other Day Diet - Lifestyle Plan. I follow the lifestyle plan. Scott is on a more ’strict’ plan. I allow myself a cheat meal every third day. Anyway, Jon highly recommends to begin with the detox part so that your system becomes clean from all the toxins in your body. This will allow his diet program to be highly effective in getting you optimal results. When your body is ‘tuned up’ everything is working more efficiently.

I am so excited for our next 8 week journey! I have never done a photo shoot before. Wow, this all seems so crazy!
